Can I extend my trip?
Extensions are available, subject to airline approval. Please indicate that you would like to extend your trip during the registration process.
Please note, a fare difference may be charged for the extension. All fare differences are non-refundable. You will be responsible for making your own arrangements for accommodation, onward transportation, and travel insurance for your additional nights.

I have expressed an interest in extending my trip, when will I find out about the flights available?
We will email you with the available options within 7 days of received your registration. Once you have decided on your preferred flight, we will then give a quotation. All fares are subject to availability.
Which airline am I flying on?
Your airline can be found on your e-ticket
My title on my flight ticket is incorrect
Please do not worry, the title isn't printed on your passport and will not present any issues when flying.
Can I make a seat request?
Please send an email to moorhouse@firstevent.co.uk to request a seat (we can only accept generic requests such as window and aisle). Seats are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed.
We will do our best to assign your preferred seat option, however final seat assignments are controlled by check-in staff.
What is my baggage allowance?
Your checked baggage, if flying with TAP Portugal, is 1 x 23kg checked bag. Other airlines may vary. Please check your e-ticket or contact First Event if you are unsure.
When should I arrive at the airport?
Check-in opens 3 hours prior to departure of your flight. Please ensure you leave enough time to check-in and clear security.
